Ay-chee-double-hockey-stick spells Hell

Have you been to Hell lately? I go there all the time. Rotten place. The air, water, earth, and wind are all made of pain. There is only pain in hell. Where does all the pain come from? From inside the mind. We create our own Hell by means of the three poisons: greed, anger, and ignorance. Only by jettisoning these poisons can we truly be saved. Heaven awaits us all in the here and now, if we can only be kind to ourselves and the people around us. Then, bringing together kindness, mindfulness, and meditation, we can truly say we are on the path to Enlightenment.
